PSNS Junior League 2011-1st Leg at PD on March 18 & 19, 2011

Dear all,

The NS Junior Legaue 2011 is back. There will be three legs as per last years' format
but the league will be played at different districts namely Port Dickson, Kuala Pilah & Seremban.
The idea behind this is to give the other districts an opportunity to host the league and to identify
hidden talents within the state.

Our 1 st Leg will be held at the Royal Port Dickson Yacht Club on the 18th & 19th March 2011
from 8.00am to 6pm.

As this is a restricted member's only club , there are a few regulations that we have to adher
& comply during the tournament.

1. Cars are not allowed to be parked inside the club premises. There is a public carpark beside
the club where parents can park their cars on both days.

2. No outside food is allowed into the club including snacks.In view of the food restrictions
the organiser have decided to impose a fee of RM10.00 to cover lunch on both days.
( as such the commitment fee of RM5.00 will be waived)
Coupons at RM11.00 can be purchased from the front desk for buying food at thier restaurant.
( Kindly take note that the coupon purchased at RM11.00 has a face value of only RM10.00
as the RM1.00 is charges for non members patronising the restaurant)
The food at the restaurant is reasonable priced.

3. All players & parents are only allowed to be at the two squash court areas & within the closed
verandah outside the restauarant.

4. As the club is situated within the beach area, the organiser will be very strict in enforcing a NO
ENTRY to the beach area.

The closing date has also been extended to Monday - March 14, 2011. Please register your child for this tournament if you have not already done so. Alternately, you may also send me a text message to 019-6967043, with your child's full name and date of birth.

1. Any motions & the nomination forms for the office bearers are to reach PSNS’s office or the Honorary Secretary not later than 13th March 2011 at the following address

2. The office bearers’ term due for re-election are as follows:-

Commencement of Squash Group Training for 2011 & PSNS Calender for 2011

Dear Parents,

A very Happy New Year to You and your Beloved Families.

Group squash training has commenced and training is back to normal this month. So please send your children for training as usual. Players who have stayed away from GROUP TRAINING in the past, should come back into the group so as not to be left out of tournaments.

Our coaches will be re-grouping the children based on their current competence level. They have been instructed to draw up a more comprehensive training, which would include skill, speed, endurance and fitness.

Adjustment may be made to the current groups based on the players level & availability; due to tuition classes etc. etc.... Therefore we seek parents co-operation to help PSNS succeed in our quest for more structured form of training, by providing the necessary information to our coaches.

If you could advise the coaches, on your children's schedules accordingly, they can to draw up a MORE ACCOMMODATING training schedule for your children.

The Persatuan would like to call upon the parents of players who have not settled monthly fees in the year 2010 to come forward and settle the outstanding dues, ASAP, and proceed with training for 2011 afresh.
Your cooperation would be much appreciated.

Attached to this mail is the PSNS 2011 Calendar (proposal), for your information.

Please prepare your children for PSNS JUNIOR LEAGUE 1st leg on 19th Feb 2011; followed by CIMB 1st leg on 24th Feb 2011 (for selected players only).

We hope to see a better year for Squash Negeri Sembilan in 2011.
