Invitation Letter to our Blood Donation Drive

Dear Committee members, parents, boys and girls,

Columbia Asia will be conducting a blood donation exercise on the 25th June 2011.

The children will be playing the State Junior League but the are not eligible to donate anyway. I encourage the parents to come and donate for a good cause.

Blood Donation saves lifes. Each pint makes a difference.

Dear Committee members, parents, boys and girls,

Please be informed that our co-sponsor Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban will be conducting a press conference on:-

Date: Tuesday 14 June 2011

Time: 3.30pm

Venue: Columbia Asia Hospital Seremban (New Wing)

Attire: All player must wear "Columbia Racqueteers" training shirts.

All Seremban based players must be there.

I will need as many "Columbia Racqueteers" as possible to support the press conference. This is to officially announce the adoption of PSNS in their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The good news is this is going to be a continuity.
