RE: NOTICE OF PSNS’S AGM 2011
With reference to the subject matter above, on behalf of Persatuan Squash Negeri Sembilan (PSNS), I would like to invite all of the PSNS members to the 2011 PSNS’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held as per below:-
Date : Sunday, 20th March 2011
Time : 10.30am
Venue : Sungai Ujong Club
Notice is hereby given for the following items:-
1. Any motions & the nomination forms for the office bearers are to reach PSNS’s office or the Honorary Secretary not later than 13th March 2011 at the following address
Please fill-up the attached nomination form completely and return to the PSNS office or to the Honorary Secretary
2. The office bearers’ term due for re-election are as follows:-
a. 1 Deputy Chairman - 1 term (2 years, 2011~2013)
b. 1 Vice Chairman - 1 term (2 years, 2011~2013)
c. 3 ordinary committee members - 1 term (2 years, 2011~2013)
It is with great appreciation from the Management Committee, if all of you can make sometime to attend the PSNS’s AGM 2011 at the above mentioned date and time, without fail.
