Earlier, top seed Low Wee Wern also had to come back from a set down to beat fifth seed Chintsu Matsui of Japan 9-11, 11-3, 11-2, 11-6 in the women’s final.
It was the Asian junior champion’s second consecutive Women’s International Squash Players Association (Wispa) title of the year.
